APRIL 2022

Bookings may be transferred for a maximum of 12 months in the event of a positive COVID-19 test by a member of the party within 5 days of the start of your booking.  Please note additional payment may be required due to change of date and or lodge.  Refunds will no longer be provided.
JANUARY 2022
Guests will be required to strip the used bed linen & protectors from beds and place in the sacks provided. All used items such as bathmats, tea towels etc should also be put in the provided bags.  
If a guest tests COVID-19 positive during their stay they should advise us immediately.  If a guest cannot return home for any reason they should contact an appropriate health care professional.  Guests cannot self isolate beyond their departure date in the property. 
 In the event of local/national lockdowns due to COVID-19 full immediate refunds will be provided or the option to defer bookings for up to 12 months.
Full refunds will be provided in the event of a positive COVID-19 test for any member of the party within 5 days prior to the start of the holiday.  Evidence of a positive test will be required.  
 AUGUST 2021
We do not currently have an electric vehicle charging point on site.  The charging of electric vehicles from any of our properties is strictly prohibited.
