  Towels will NOT be provided for bookings during 2021.
Small discount for bringing your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets).

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS UPDATED APRIL 2021
Guests will be required to strip the used bed linen & protectors from beds and place in the sacks provided. All used items such as bathmats, tea towels etc should also be put in the provided bags.  
If a guest develops COVID-19 symptoms they should advise us immediately and request a test.  If the test is positive or someone is asymptomatic but declares the need to self isolate they should return home immediately to self isolate along with all other members of the party according to current government guidance.  If a guest cannot return home for any reason they should contact an appropriate health care professional.  Guests cannot self isolate in the property. 
 In the event of local/national lockdowns due to COVID-19 full immediate refunds will be provided or the option to defer bookings up until the end of 2022.
Full refunds will be provided in the event of a positive COVID-19 test for any member of the party in the 21 days prior to the start of the holiday.  
(Evidence of a positive test will be required).  
We will require full contact details for each member of the party aged over 16 years at the time of the booking commencing and or during the duration of the holiday.  This information is required for test and trace purposes and will be destroyed 21 days after departure.
