FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Booking requests can be made online by completing the booking request form. We will confirm your request within 24 hours and send you a booking form to complete. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01485 570609. Office hours for bookings and enquiries are 9am – 8pm, 7 days a week.
Payment accepted via PayPal, bank transfer or cheque. The PayPal link can be found under the Payment Options page on this website. If you would like to pay via bank transfer please ask for our account details. Cheques should be made payable to Cedar Springs. We do not accept card payments.
We require a £50 deposit per week/booking. Balances are payable one month before your stay.
Our changeover day is Friday. Flexible changeover days available out of season from Mid Feb – Mid May and Mid September to New Year. Please contact us and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.
All lodges are available from 4pm on your arrival day. Departure time is 9.30am.
Bed linen is provided in all lodges. If you would prefer to bring your own linen there is a small discount available Due to Covid-19 we will NOT be providing towels during 2020/2021.
There is free WiFi in all properties but please note that due to our location and the number of trees surrounding the lodges the signal may be variable at certain times of the year.
A hairdryer and an iron are provided in all lodges.
There are allocated, signed parking spaces outside each property.
We have a strict no pets policy in all of our properties and on the park. Registered assistance dogs are permitted.
We have highchairs that are available to hire for £10 per week/booking. Please confirm your request when booking as we have limited availability. Unfortunately we do not offer cots to hire.
All lodges operate a self check in. Details regarding key access to your accommodation will be provided prior to your arrival.
All cleaning products, washing up liquid, tea towels, one kitchen roll, one toilet roll, handwash, tissues.
All our properties are non smoking.
There are a variety of shops in Heacham. There is a Tesco Express on Lynn Road and a Lidl on the outskirts of the village on the A149. There is a larger Tesco and a Sainsbury’s in Hunstanton, 3 miles away.
Unfortunately we do not allow BBQ’s.
We do not allow young groups of all male/female. Cedar Springs is a very quiet chalet park. Our lodges are for couples and families only.
There are no hot tubs in any of our lodges.
Our cancellation policy can be found in the terms and conditions. We highly recommend taking out travel insurance incase you need to cancel.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the outbreak if you have a booking with us that was made before 23 March 2020 bookings may be deferred up until 31 December 2021 or a full refund provided.
In the event of local/national lockdowns full refunds will be provided or the option to defer bookings up until the end of 2022. Please do not travel if you live within a lockdown zone as you will not be permitted to stay. Please note guests cannot self isolate in our properties.
There are no electric charging points on site. The charging of electric vehicles from any of our lodges or log cabins is strictly prohibited due to insurance purposes.
