FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Bookings can be made online, via email or by phone. For online bookings please complete the booking request form. We will confirm your request within 24 hours and send you a booking form. Alternatively, please email us at cedar.springs@btinternet.com or call us on 01485 570609. Office hours for bookings and enquiries are Mon – Fri 9am – 8pm and 10am – 6pm at weekends. Please leave a message if there is no reply and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Payment accepted via bank transfer, PayPal or cheque. If you would like to pay via bank transfer please ask for our account details. The PayPal link can be found under the Payment Options page on this website. Cheques should be made payable to Cedar Springs. We do not accept card payments. Preferred payment method bank transfer.
We require a £50 deposit per week/booking. Balances payable one month before your stay. If booking within 30 days payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Our changeover day for weekly lets is a Friday. Weekend breaks (Friday – Monday) or midweek breaks (Monday – Friday) breaks now available all year. Flexible changeovers available out of season. Please contact us and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.
All lodges are available from 3.30pm on your arrival day. Departure time is 9.30am.
Bed linen is provided in all lodges and beds made up for arrival. Please note towels are not provided.
There is free WiFi in all our log cabins and lodges (upgraded 2021). Please note the Cedar Springs WiFi is restricted for guests in our log cabins and lodges only. Please do not share the WiFi code with guests from other properties on the park.
A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided in all of our properties.
There are allocated, signed parking spaces outside each property.
We have a strict no pets policy in all of our properties and on the park. Registered assistance dogs are permitted.
We have highchairs that are available to hire for £10 per week/booking. Please confirm your request when booking. Unfortunately we do not offer cots to hire.
All lodges operate a self check in. Details regarding key access to your accommodation will be provided prior to your arrival. If you plan on arriving after dark please let us know and we will leave an outside light on for you.
All cleaning products, washing up liquid, tea towels, one kitchen roll, one toilet roll per bathroom, handwash (consumables such as loo roll, kitchen roll for starters only).
All our properties are non smoking. This includes e-cigarettes/vaping.
There are a variety of shops in Heacham. There is a Tesco Express on Lynn Road and a Lidl on the outskirts of the village on the A149. There is a larger Tesco and a Sainsbury’s in Hunstanton, 3 miles away.
BBQ’s are not permitted.
We do not allow groups of young people or stag/hen parties etc.
Sorry, we do not have hot tubs in any of our log cabins or lodges.
Our cancellation policy can be found in the terms and conditions. We highly recommend taking out travel insurance.

There are no electric car charging points on site. The charging of electric vehicles from any of our properties is strictly prohibited. Please note a £200 fine may be issued to guests who charge an electric vehicle from any of our properties.
It’s easy to miss items when packing at the end of a holiday so if belongings have been left in the lodge and you would like them returned we can of course arrange this for you. Please note guests will be required to pay return postage. Lost property will be held for a maximum period of 3 months and will then be disposed of or donated to a local charity.
